What is the Valparaiso University?

Valparaiso University is a private university located in northwest indiana. It is widely renowed as an excellent enigneering school.

My Role

I worked in the Integrated Marketing and Communication Department at the university. While their I worked on a large variety of projects for Valparaiso, everything from an iPhone app to mentoring students through individual projects. Here is a quick list of some of the projects/responsibilities I have had while employed at Valparaiso University.

• played a major role in the rebranding of Valparaiso University and its website
• designed and developed University mobile site
• managed 3 student web development interns over a year
• integrated GUI Framework (jQuery) across entire the University web presence
• built degree/major selection game
• integrated a variety of social media across multiple University websites
• redesigned an online donation form that resulted in 150% increase in donations
